(in Portuguese) (translation: Communication in times of pandemic: a holistic perspective.) Anna Barbosa and Carol Coutinho, ETI Communications & Social Media consultant, are authors of the book chapter entitled "Open letter to the year of 2020: Rethinking Inclusion in the Age of Information".
