ETI’s mission is to disrupt the narrative surrounding disability through both empowering youth with disabilities individually - and accelerating authentic inclusion globally. We achieve this through:

ETI’s vision is for all persons with disabilities to be valued as individuals and empowered to be their true selves. We believe that a society where all community members are given space to reach their full potential and make meaningful contributions is possible when authentic inclusion is embraced.
